About Me

I’m Arunim Joarder, a robotics engineer passionate about solving exciting challenges in the field of robotics. Growing up in New Delhi, India, I pursued my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur before earning a master’s in Robotics, Systems, and Control at ETH Zurich. I thrive on taking ownership of my projects, striving for perfection and efficiency in everything I do. My primary interests lie in real-world robotics applications, with a focus on bridging the simulation-to-reality gap in reinforcement learning-based robotics systems. 

Beyond robotics, I enjoy unwinding with board games, exploring diverse genres of music, and immersing myself in the world of One Piece. These interests fuel my creativity and provide a perfect balance to my technical pursuits.
